Whether it is in the large size consumer electronics markets such as MNT and TV, or in the small and medium-sized application markets such as VR, PAD, NB, AUTO, etc., the Mini LED has become the focus of competition for all competitors on the display track, and its directionality in high-end, cost-effective two roads has become increasingly clear, with rich image quality levels, higher contrast, thin, bright Wide color gamut and other visual effects set off waves of consumption boom.

Cost is still the most critical factor hindering Mini LED from fully realizing large-scale commercial application. With the increasing expansion of the application field and market demand, it is the core problem that the entire display industry chain needs to break through to further narrow the distance between Mini LED display products and mass consumption, grasp the balance between cost and technology, and improve product yield with cost-effective.

At the same time, the Mini LED chip developed by HGC can be customized according to customer needs to meet the requirements of different products for different designs such as size, wavelength and voltage.

At present, Mini LED backlight technology solutions include POB (Package On Board), COB (Chip On Board) and COG (Chip On Glass), among which POB and COB are still the mainstream application solutions in the current market. Due to different application fields, technical solutions and packaging processes are different, so many manufacturers take a three pronged approach to meet different customer needs.

For this reason, HGC has strengthened its R&D, innovation and investment, and continued to push through the old and bring forth the new. Based on the traditional Mini LED backlight technology, it has developed the ACSP white backlight scheme, which has the advantages of ultra-thin display body, vehicle gauge level reliability, optical control integration, and million level ultra-high contrast. It can achieve higher contrast and uniform consistency at a smaller light mixing distance, and the overall straight through rate is up to 98%.

In terms of application field, ACSP white mini LED backlight series independently developed by the company has been arranged with multiple product matrices under different mixing distances of OD0~OD7. The products cover the market mainstream application scene sizes of 2.1-65 inches and are flexibly applied to VR, PAD, NB, AUTO, MNT, TV and other fields. It can provide highly flexible and complete application solutions for mini LED backlight products for different customers. At present, relevant products have been shipped in batches.
